Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible standard returns are subject to our 12-Day Return & Refund Policy. The return request window begins on the confirmed delivery date.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method rather than issued as store credit. After receipt of the returned product, approved refunds are processed within 6 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise legally nonconforming products may qualify for additional remedies under applicable law.
